Elisa Havens, Owner
Elisa is a native to Lewiston, ID, as is her
husband, Keith Havens. She and Keith have
two daughters, Amanda and Jessie. After 15
years in retail and 14 years at the local
Regence Blueshield office, Elisa has truly
learned value of customer service and the
importance of keeping very detailed
information for your customers.
Meanwhile, Elisa’s husband Keith, who is
the President and CEO of the Lewiston
Chamber, has also been a DJ for 25 years,
and regularly takes Elisa with him to
weddings. Upon watching the beautiful
brides, the close-knit friendships of the
ladies celebrating with them, and hearing
how far they had to travel to find such high
quality and beautiful gowns for the most
wonderful day of their lives…the desire to
partake in the wedding business bloomed.
Elisa and Keith both saw the essential need
for an upscale, full service bridal salon in
the Lewis-Clark Valley, and so Always A
Bride was created.
Now, Keith not only helped plant the seed
for HIS bride, Elisa, that an upscale salon
was needed...but he is letting Elisa live her
dream of helping other brides find the
perfect dress for their perfect day.

Ernie Kaufman, Seamstress
Ernie Kaufman is a native to Northern Idaho, she has been married 36 years, and is mother of
5 - all grown! Ernie has been sewing since age 10, and has become such an accomplished
seamstress, she made her own wedding dress, as well as all of her bridesmaid's gowns!!
In addition, Ernie has made everything from men's suits to bridesmaid dresses to prom gowns.
She loves to quilt, and does so quite a bit in her spare time.
So some of the local Lewistonites just may well know her! Ernie also loves fishing on the
beautiful Dworshak Reservoir the beautiful Dworshak Reservoir.
